Throughout the history of the company, BYCE has set many national records for being “the first” in China’s petrochemical engineering history. For example:

•Construction of the first set of 300,000 t/y ethylene unit in China with Japanese license, and a decade later still the first one to be expanded & revamped to 450,000 t/y and 710,000 t/y capacity for two consecutive times.
	•Delivery of the first set of 2000,000 t/y heavy oil catalytic cracking unit in China.
•Delivery of the first set of 200,000 t/y polypropylene in China which has the biggest single throughput.
	•Delivery of the first set of 30,000t/y butyl rubber unit with domestic license, and commercialized in China.
•The first to design and manufacture excessive high pressure sleeve reactor (345MPa) in China, in co-operation with UHDE of Germany.
•The first to manufacture the ethylene tube waste heat boiler in China, in co-operation with OLMI of Italy.
	•Delivery of China’s first 100,000 m3 crude oil storage tank and 2000 m3 spherical tank with domestic fabricated steel plates as main body.
